Terms of Service

Zeplicity is operated by IdeaZone Operations LLC, doing business as Zeplicity ("we", "us"). By using the Zeplicity platform, whether as a host running your own booking pages or as a client booking with a host, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using the service

The platform lets clients request meetings with hosts who use Zeplicity to manage their scheduling. Requests are subject to the host's approval. You agree to provide accurate contact information and use the service lawfully.

Bookings, recurring series & cancellations

Approved bookings may include video meeting links and calendar invitations. A client may also request (or a host propose) a recurring series of bookings on a set pattern with a defined end date; both parties must approve a series before it becomes active. Either party may cancel a single booking or an entire recurring series according to the flows provided in the client portal or booking emails. Hosts may decline or reschedule requests at their discretion.

Payments

Some bookings, packages, or subscriptions require payment. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe directly on the relevant host's connected account. Zeplicity does not hold or process funds itself, and does not store your full card details. Refund and credit-restoration eligibility for cancellations is governed by the cancellation policy set by the specific host you booked with, as described at the time of booking.

Client portal

Clients may access a per-host client portal via a passwordless emailed link to view and manage their own upcoming bookings, credit or package balance, and payment history with that host.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the booking or payment system, submit fraudulent requests, harass hosts or clients, or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may refuse service or remove access for misuse.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, including how we store booker and guest email addresses, contact records, and payment metadata.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. IdeaZone Operations LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
